Wadi Wurayah National Park
The UAE’s first mountain protected area and a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. It is a sanctuary for rare wildlife and features natural waterfalls and freshwater pools.
Best For: Domestic trekkers and nature photographers.
Opening Hours: Subject to seasonal permits (usually 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Note: Currently, some areas may be closed for conservation; check with Fujairah Municipality before visiting.
Restrictions: strictly no littering, no hunting, and no off-roading inside the protected zones.
Activities: Hiking, bird watching, and educational nature tours.
